Refund policy

Token refunds: if MFX cannot deliver the file you reserved, we refund the full token within 7 business days. If you cancel after wiring the token, the token is forfeited per the reservation agreement you signed.

Default: if you fail to wire the balance within the agreed window (typically 5 to 10 days after token confirmation), the reservation defaults and the token is forfeited.

MFX-failure refunds are processed to the originating bank account.
