Terms of service

These terms govern your use of MFX (Markazi File Exchange), operated by MFX (Pvt) Ltd.

By using the platform, you agree that all listed files have been verified by our procurement team and are sold subject to the reservation agreement that is auto-generated at the time of reservation.

Reservations are binding for both parties. Token amounts are forfeited if the buyer fails to wire the balance within the agreed timeline. MFX issues a full refund if it cannot deliver a reserved file.

Disputes are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Jurisdiction is the courts of Lahore.
