Legal scope
What the PoA actually authorizes
MFX's PoA is narrow on purpose. It covers only what's needed to execute one specific DHA transfer.
Limited authority
The PoA is transaction-specific. It authorizes the named MFX representative to attend the relevant DHA branch and execute the transfer of one specific file into your name. It does not authorize the representative to sell, encumber, or dispose of any other property of yours.
Time bound
The authority expires on whichever comes first: the DHA office confirms transfer, or 30 days after issuance. After expiry, the PoA cannot be reused.
Auditable
The signed PoA, counter-signed PoA, and notarized PoA are all stored in your MFX dashboard under Agreements, accessible to you forever.
Where notarization happens
For DHA acceptance, the PoA needs to be attested through Pakistani consulate or MOFA channels. MFX handles these steps for you, so your only action is the in-app signature.

The digital PoA is the convenient option, not a requirement. If you're already planning to be in Pakistan during your transaction window, choose Fly back at reservation time. We'll book the DHA appointment to fit your travel and our representative will meet you at the office to sign in person.
Same outcome either way: your name on the file in the DHA registry, plus a permanent Certificate of Verification.
Common questions
Is a digital PoA legally valid for DHA in Pakistan?
Yes, when paired with the correct notarization/attestation. MFX handles the offline attestation steps required for DHA. You only sign once, on the platform.
What if MOFA attestation is rejected?
Rare for our flow because we structure the PoA against current MOFA requirements. If a re-submission is needed, we handle it without bothering you.
Can I revoke the PoA?
Yes, before MFX has executed the DHA transfer. Email your account manager and we'll cancel and shred the PoA. After execution, the authority has been used and revocation is moot.
Who's the named representative on the PoA?
An MFX representative we name explicitly in the PoA document. Their CNIC is included. The named individual is the only person authorized to act under the PoA.
Where do I see the signed and notarized PoA?
In your MFX dashboard under Agreements. All three versions (signed, counter-signed, notarized) are kept in your account forever.
Can MFX use this PoA for any other purpose?
No. The PoA is single-use, transaction-specific, and expires on transfer completion or 30 days, whichever is earlier.
